The Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair is now an intrinsic part of the craft scene in the North of England, and beyond. Established in 2007 by Ann-Marie Franey and Angela Mann, the annual event gives designer makers an opportunity to showcase their work, establish contacts and engage with collectors. The range of work on display this year was breathtaking - from glass engraving to bespoke furniture, intricate jewellery to bespoke pottery.
